With most of our team now working from home, we’ve temporarily lost the ability to offer phone support. Whilst we are shipping as normal, a reduced workforce means that we are seeing a small delay in dispatching orders. Please note government restrictions may be causing additional postal delays. Hemera sales remain paused. Stay safe, E3D
The standard material for nozzles; long-lasting and capable of reaching temperatures of up to 350ºC.
Brass nozzles are included in many of our products, and are available in a wide range of sizes. Choose a small nozzle diameter to print detailed and high-precision parts. A larger nozzle diameter will print bigger, faster layers. Or test a broad selection
with our Nozzle Fun Pack!
Extremely tough and durable nozzles. Abrasive materials like carbon-fibre, glow-in-the-dark, woodfill, metalfill, and glass-reinforced filaments cause wear and tear on brass nozzles. Hardened steel nozzles will last almost indefinitely with even the most abrasive materials.
As well as printing abrasive materials reliably, these nozzles also print regular materials with ease, making them a great all-round investment.
Nickel-Plated Copper Alloy
These copper alloy nozzles are capable of reaching temperatures up to 400ºC, and are plated with nickel to repel the build up of burnt-on plastic. Not only do they have less need of silicone socks to stay clean, but they're also naturally very shiny.
