E3D’s Christmas Competition 2022: Win a Revo HotEnd!

TL; DR: 3D print our model and share it with us for a chance to win a Revo HotEnd of your choice!

We are now well into December and fast approaching Christmas, which means it’s time for another themed 3D printer stress test from E3D! #E3DSpider had the most entries we’ve ever seen in a competition and we’re looking forward to more great entries for this one.

Whilst it may not be the most difficult stress test we’ve ever designed; we think it’s probably our cutest! Although it is rivalled by our recently released Festive Hedgehog.

Prizes

1st place: Fully Loaded Revo HotEnd of your choice (Micro, Six, Prusa, Voron or Creality).

2nd place: £20 Store Credit

Randomly drawn from all entries: Single Nozzle Revo HotEnd of your choice (Micro, Six, Prusa, Voron or Creality).

Rules

No supports, but you can use whatever filament, layer height, and nozzle size you want.

Tips and tricks

Position the Reindeer with the front side facing your strongest source of cooling, that’s where the worst overhangs are.

Scaling it up will make the overhangs harder. Scale it down and you’ll need exceptionally fine filament control for some of the details.

How do I enter?

Send a photo or video of your print on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or our Discord. If you prefer, you can even submit it as a make on Printables. Remember to tag us and use #E3DReindeer. The competition will close at midnight (GMT) on Sunday 18th of December, and we will announce the winners the following day.
