E3D was founded in 2012 when 3D printing hobbyists Dave and Sanjay invented the first of its kind, all-metal HotEnd. This quickly went on to set a new global standard and kickstarted their passion to help people “print better”. Since then we've teamed up with global household printer brands to deliver high-performance upgrades to makers everywhere.

I joined E3D in 2018 fresh out of university, and it’s been an absolute blast. No two days are the same, which keeps things engaging, and the culture means I can genuinely be myself, share my ideas, and take ownership of decisions which is super empowering. Being part of a small team also means getting stuck into a wide variety of tasks, which is both enjoyable and invaluable for my development.
