Wellbeing

Wellbeing is a priority at E3D. Our employees can access a health & wellbeing allowance, EAP support, virtual wellbeing and a 24/7 private GP. We offer hybrid working where possible, for example non-manual roles. The Wellbeing Team organise regular social activities and celebrations.

Communication

Communication is very important to us. We hold all staff meetings to recap our company goals, review successes and learnings over the past quarter and set the direction for the coming months. Your line manager will catch up with you regularly to help you settle into your new role. We encourage open conversations and honest feedback.

Learning is essential and you will have opportunities for internal and external training, as well as a CPD budget to develop your skills.

Our application process

Step 1: Find the position for you

All of our current vacancies are advertised on the Job Opportunities tab. If a suitable role for you isn’t advertised right now, sign up to our mailing list to be notified when new vacancies go live. 

Step 2: Found it? Apply online

We have a simple online application system where you can upload your CV and a covering letter. This is your chance to really sell yourself and tell us why you are the right person for the role and why you are interested in joining the E3D team. If you have any questions about the role or need further support with your application, you can contact us at careers@e3d-online.com.

Step 3: Invite to interview

If you are short-listed, we will contact you to arrange an interview. This might be an initial telephone or video call or a face-to-face interview, depending on the role. Don’t forget to prepare some interesting questions, so you can find out more about us!

Step 4: Offer

If you are successful, we will contact you with the good news and a formal job offer letter. We will also let you know if you are unsuccessful.
