Wow. Super simple plug & play with my A1 Mini and allows me to print CF PLA just as easily as any basic PLA. Very nice!

I've been waiting for a Diamond A1 nozzle for ages now, not that I really needed it. Even so, I was blown away by the performance increase in PETG-CF. I couldn't get it to work cleanly with a regular 0.4 nozzle, and was getting decent results instead with a 0.6. I put this in and ran the same settings as I was with the 0.4 and it was perfect. My main issue was filament sticking to the nozzle, and that just doesn't happen now. Very expensive but certainly will save me a lot of time and effort.

I've used Diamondback nozzles (V6) before. Finally got them for my Mk4S and Core One. Best bang for the buck upgrade, here comes carbon fiber printing .

Just what i needed as the one my original nozzle came with wore out and fell off due to cracking. Perfect replacments.

To the person not seeing a difference you have to tweak your setting to allow it to print faster. Your slicer will assume you can't print crazy fast due to it being set for standard bambu a1 nozzles and stop you from doing it. Mainly calibrating max flow rate and changing the setting. With sunulu PLA+ 2.0 it's normally set to 21. I tried printing up to 50 with the 0.6 ObXidian nozzle and the quality is still good. The slicer shows mostly printing in the 3X range because not all movements can go fast enough, but it does hit 50 for long simple lines. Have not tried going faster, but I think it can by a little bit more. You may also need to tweak other settings for optimal results, but just the max flow rate is the most important one.

Also the anti-stick on the nozzle is pretty great, I had previously had a coating you paint on the nozzle every once in a while which I don't mind doing, it kinda works, but this nozzle without having to go through that extra step often has less stick, getting more stick on my sock than on this nozzle.

I bought this probe and installed in in a DragonBurner cowl on my custom triple Z V0.2 (TriZero). I modified the Dragonburner mount for my hotend, to fit the probe/washer/piezo, and added a mount for the board to the carriage, then set it up according to the extensive documents provided by E3D. It took alot of trial and error to get it working well, but now it seems to be going good. Very accurate probing for z_tilt_adjust in klipper, and homing.

My only gripes so far are that I cant run it while the hotend and heatsink fan are on, so I have to do all probing cold, then compensate via z-offset once the printer is up to temp, which isnt a big deal for me. Im thinking if i follow the guide about connecting the board to my Pi4 and tune the signal filtering I might have more success, but like a fool I went ahead and modified the cable, such that i need to make a new one now in order to do so. and so it would be nice if E3D provided a second connector for making a custom cable, as I had to mangle the one they provided to wire it to my toolhead board, and its another $10 to order one from Digikey.ca ($1.00part, $8 shipping)

This is an awesome HotEnd work way better the oem worth every penny

This drastically has changed the speed of the A1.
45 flow rate for PLA saves a tonne of time.
I wish that they could offer a slicer option that can be permanent.

Top product. At least as good as expected.
