E3D Returns & Cancellations Policy
We want you to love your E3D products, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help! Please contact us before returning your order so we can authorise it and provide any necessary documents to include.
How to Return an Item
- Returns must be initiated within 35 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition with no visible signs of wear.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any additional courier-related fees, such as taxes, customs clearances, and handling fees etc.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Final sale items: Any product purchased from our ‘SALE’ section is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Custom or cut-to-length products: If you’ve ordered a custom-made item or a product that has been cut to a specific length, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Once the parts have passed our Quality Control checks, a refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You have a 30-minute grace period after purchase to cancel your order - check your order confirmation email for instructions. After these 30 minutes, it is not guaranteed that our Support Team will be able to prevent the package from being shipped.
