Where can I find my coin balance?
If you click into the ‘Rewards’ pop-up on www.e3d-online.com when signed into the website you’ll see your points balance displayed. You can also see this by logging into the loyalty hub.
Can the rewards scheme discount be used in conjunction with other website discounts?
Yes, you can use multiple discounts at the same time at checkout. So for example you could use a reward scheme discount in conjunction with our Black Friday discount.
Do E3D coins expire?
Yes, they will expire after 12 months of being activated.
Can I transfer my coins to someone else?
No, but you someone else can use any discount codes you get as rewards if you wish (they are not exclusive to your E3D account).
Are the coins redeemable for cash?
No, you can only use the coins to get discount vouchers.

Where do I enter my birthday?
Click on the Rewards pop-up on www.e3d-online.com and then click ‘ways to earn’. You can then search for the birthday option and add in the day and month of your birth. Please note, you must enter your birthday at least one month before the date for it to be validated.
How do I cash in my E3D coins?
Once you have 1,000 coins or more (which you can check by clicking on the Rewards pop-up on www.e3d-online.com) you can click on the Rewards pop-up again and click into ‘Your rewards’. This will bring up the discount coupons you have available and you can click into them to get your exclusive discount code for use at the checkout.
How do I get my exclusive discount code?
Once you have 1,000 coins or more (which you can check by clicking on the Rewards pop-up on www.e3d-online.com) you can click on the Rewards pop-up again and
click into ‘Your rewards’. This will bring up the discount coupons you have available and you can click into them to get your exclusive discount code for use at the checkout.
Can I earn coins for buying E3D products through third parties/resellers?
No, the coins can only be earned by purchasing directly on www.e3d-online.com.
I am already following E3D on socials, how do earn my coins for this?
You will still need to go into the ‘Rewards’ and then navigate to ‘Ways to Earn’ and click on each social link to get your coins.
Is there a way to opt-out of the rewards scheme?
Not at present. You do not have to use your coins, but they will continue to accumulate in the background. If you want to opt out of receiving emails from us regarding the rewards scheme then please unsubscribe using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email communication from us.
