If you’re just getting started with 3D printing or primarily 3D print materials such as PLA, PETG and ASA at standard speeds then these kits are ideal for you. Equipped with 2 brass Revo nozzles and a 40W HeaterCore, our Starter Packs enable you to experiment with the two most common nozzle sizes.

Please take care when making your product selection, note that the Creality Starter Pack comes with a Creality specific HeaterCore and is not compatible with other printer brands.

Do I need any other parts to start printing?
You’ll need a coldside to be able to print – they are not included and must be purchased separately.

What does “Hotside” mean here?
In the Revo system, “hotside” refers to the heater, thermistor, and nozzle components — essentially everything from the heat block and heater core through the nozzle itself. It needs to be paired with a coldside to make a complete hotend.

Does the kit have a warranty?

Easy to install, works great! Faster heating, and it removes so much hassle from the process of changing nozzles.

Fast delivery. Exactly what I ordered. The initial works great. Installation was mostly smooth following online instructions. After installing the custom firmware the printer needs to be factory reset and this was missing from the instructions. This forced me in a two hour google rabbit hole so it should be added to the instructions. Other than that everything went great

Not serviceable, great performance, too expensive

I love the performance of the hotend but the heater core just died on my with no apart signs of wear! So then I had to fork out $80 for a new one because they aren’t very serviceable. Coulda just bought a whole new extruded for that price!

Your HeaterCore absolutley shouldn't have just died on you! If you haven't already, please reach out to our Tech Support for troubleshooting advice, if this falls under a warranty replacement then we will of course reimburse you for the additional core you purchased.

MK3S Upgrade

I recently upgraded my Prusa MK3S hotend end with the Revo Six. Overall happy with the printing results so far. The installation instructions were helpful but had some initial challenges with firmware upgrades and calibrations. The Revo6 heats quicker than the stock hotend did and cool faster which makes for an easy nozzle change, I'd recommend against the suggested gcode retraction steps and just to unload filament before a swap as need, as I exprienced filament debris around the extruder gear after trying this gcode.
