Description

Thermistor cartridge

Cartridge type thermistors use a Semitec 104NT thermistor, potted in a cylindrical stainless steel cartridge with a high conductivity ceramic based adhesive.

The legs are insulated with fibreglass sleeving and terminated with a Molex Microfit 3.0 connector.

This makes it easy to disconnect your entire HotEnd without the need for rewiring, especially when paired with our high precision heater cartridges.

Extension cable connector

Does any 3d printer board use a DuPont connector for the thermistor?

Perfect except for one thing

I got this to replace one on my hemera that I had screwed up, and it worked perfectly for about a week, and then one of the connector wires fell out of the connector, and with no way to keep it back in, I had no choice but to cut of the connectors and solder the wires together. It has been working fine ever since

Works great

Works great and is very accurate.
Only missing a two meter length option and more pre-election for the board Connector.

Good but short

Your products in general work very well and we have been using them in more than 10 machines for a little over of two years now (Close to 110'000hours of cumulative printing time, no joke) and it's your V6 HotEnd we always recommend. Still, your thermistor cartridge are our number one defect item. Not due to a problem in themselves but of their short leads lenght...

Due to our methods, we have to change nozzles frequently for several motives, the leads being so short result in our techs ripping them off easily. I would suggest opting for leads the same length has the PT100 cartridge, we have not had a single one of them defect yet,...
